Implementation Services
Assistance with project management,
planning, installation and configuration of computer
hardware and/or software.
Quotations will be provided
based on the estimated number of days required for
each
project.
Remote Administration Services
Day to day administration
services via a remote link. These will include setting up
network users
providing access to shared printers,
configuring and monitoring backup policies
and anti virus
policies. The service is available under fixed price annual
contract where price is calculated based on the number and
type of servers
covered.
Health Check Service
Complete analysis of the current
configuration of the computer systems . This will include
updating any existing
documentation (but not the creation
of initial documentation). The Health Check
Service itself
highlights any existing problems that have not been
noticed/reported. It also anticipates changes that may be
required to optimise
the system and/or accommodate changes
that are being planned. This service does
not provide for
implementing any of the recommended changes or correcting any
problems that may be found (See Technical Support
Service). Quotations will be
provided based on the number
of computing devices and complexity of the
system.
Ad Hoc Support Services
Provides a software engineer with
the
required skills to resolve a specific skills shortage
or a specific problem. The
service is available under a
standard Time and Materials contract.
Training Services
Informal on site training as a kick-start
prior to formal training, as a refresher after formal
training or where formal
training is deemed too
comprehensive. Quotations will be provided based on the
estimated number of days required for each
project.
